These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by DT PROCUREMENT UK (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to billing, subscription management, digital product delivery, hosting, and support services delivered through XscapeVision Flo or associated platforms (“Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

We reserve the right to deny service for any reason permitted by law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activity occurring under your account;
• Providing up-to-date billing and contact information.

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Scheduled maintenance may occur with or without notice.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All service fees are billed according to the pricing displayed during checkout. Recurring services automatically renew unless canceled.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued only according to our official Refund Policy (if any). Digital/virtual services are typically non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Host prohibited content (illegal files, malware, copyrighted materials without permission, hate content, etc.);
• Resell services without written permission.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse or violation of these Terms;
• Security risks;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
• Requests by law enforcement.

Upon termination, your access—along with hosted content—may be permanently deleted.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, interface designs, and original content belong to dt procurement uk. XscapeVision Flo is open-source software licensed under its respective license, which remains the property of its contributors.

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded or created content.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Service interruptions or downtime;
• Damage caused by third-party providers;
• Unauthorized access beyond reasonable security measures.

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims resulting from:

• Misuse of the Services;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of UK.

12. Changes to Terms
